Key positions Vicki has held include: Vice President Public Policy at Kennecott Land, Deputy Chief of Staff to Utah Governor Mike Leavitt, Assistant Commissioner of Higher Education, and editor/reporter at Deseret News and Associated Press. She was a partner in a strategic communications firm, Wilkinson, Ferrari & Varela. She has run and set strategy for statewide issue campaigns.
