Through our affiliation with Lawrence Research, a nationally-experienced, strategy-focused research firm, we can provide precision research to guide strategic decisions, isolate target audiences, and formulate messages and identify messengers. This research will identify the target audiences’ values, attitudes and opinions which are relevant to your issue.

With an understanding of the target’s deeply-held values, we will create a strategy for amassing a winning coalition and how your issue must be framed in order to prevail with that coalition.

Strategic communications & message development

Once target audiences are identified and understood, and key framing decisions are made, we recommend cost-effective methods of communicating with your targets by leveraging traditional and non-traditional communications channels. Our experienced writers and creative directors craft on-strategy messages that can be produced and placed by our Media & Advertising division, our media affiliates, or outside sources.

Public advocacy

Exoro consultants are available to serve as public spokespersons for selected client needs, ranging from testimony before public bodies to being the prime media contact for entire campaigns.
