Entity formation and revision

Exoro’s consultants will help you analyze and define your mission, objectives, resources and opportunities and then advise on the type of structure and entity that will best facilitate them. In conjunction with outside attorneys, we can help you form or restructure your organization with the appropriate type of legal entity and tax status. Depending on the issue and your group’s ability to pay, these services can be provided on a reduced-rate or pro-bono basis.

Branding and image

Your success depends on the perception of your organization’s “brand” among key publics (donors, public officials, media, constituency groups, etc.).
