Legislative strategy & message development

Success in the legislative arena often requires “air support” to bolster the “ground troops” who are lobbying in the halls of the Statehouse. In addition to development of materials to directly persuade legislators, we run support campaigns targeting voters, opinion leaders, caucus attendees and party delegates in legislative districts with the intent of applying pressure on selected lawmakers. These campaigns can involve broadcast and print advertising, direct mail, letters from influential people and groups, patch-through calls, and other techniques.

We also specialize in helping clients build broad-based coalitions to support or oppose legislation.
