Rather than keep a large staff on salary, Exoro maintains relationships with consultants, associates and affiliates who are respected leaders in their areas of specialization. We are not obligated to use any particular specialist but can choose from among the top talent in each respective market and field of expertise. We assemble a customized team for each project and client budget.

A “team” may range from one individual consultant to a large effort coordinating several specialists from the Exoro Group, its affiliates and outside resources.

Exoro’s consultants, associates and affiliates can be retained individually to work alone or with non-Exoro professionals and with members of the client organization.

Our scalable approach allows us to find the most cost-effective solution for projects ranging from local government policy proposals to multi-million dollar statewide initiatives to national legislative support campaigns.

Lead consultant

Every project has a leader who prepares a project proposal and, where necessary, assembles a team for the client’s approval.

The lead consultant advises the client how to optimize the decision-making process for the project. With support from the Group’s administrative staff, the lead consultant monitors and keeps the client informed of the project’s budget and timetable.
