Maura Carabello has managed Congressional campaigns, local campaigns and ballot initiatives, and has led major nonprofit organizations. She consults for corporate, political and non-profit clients for The Exoro Group.

Hugh Matheson has led statewide initiative campaigns and has directed and advised political organizations. He consults with corporations, industry and coalitions in targeted persuasion efforts for The Exoro Group.

LaVarr Webb is former policy deputy for Utah's Governor and former managing editor for one of Salt Lake's major daily papers. He specializes in public policy communications and government relations for The Exoro Group.

Senior Consultants

Bart Barker, former Salt Lake County Commissioner, has been a leader in business and technology. He specializes in government consulting, government relations and communications consulting for The Exoro Group.

Steve Handy specializes in marketing public relations and media relations. He was formerly the Marketing Director for the Deseret News in Salt Lake City and also the Ogden Standard-Examiner. He is an elected member of the Layton City Council and an adjunct professor of marketing communications at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business.

Bob Linnell, former mayor of Bountiful, Utah. He was Deputy of Intergovernmental Relations and Chief of Staff for Utah Governor Mike Leavitt.

Kimball Thomson, co-founded the Utah-based technology industry magazine Digital iQ and senior editor for Utah Business magazine. He provides analysis of leading and emerging trends and issues in the IT, life sciences, medical devices and nutraceutical industries.
